• Quality

CMMI : Since December 2009, GEMADEC is certified CMMI (Capability Maturity  Model Integration) on integration, development and piloting of projects. A feat which consolidates its approach and its international ambitions and gives to the company a real competitive advantage.

The GEMAP repository from CMMI model guarantees a full control of the projects.

Besides this CMMI, GEMADEC has launched a new challenge :  certification ISO 9001 version 2008 for continuous improvement of the quality of services provided to its customers and developing partnerships with suppliers that have an impact on some quality of products and services.

• Human resources

Recognizing the importance of human resources, GEMADEC constantly develops its human resources division, the company employs sixty people, 3/4 have highly technological profiles.

Consultants and engineers of GEMADEC are experienced and involved in multiple large projects, both upstream of the projects and in the integration systems.

Specialization of consultants and engineers allows GEMADEC to have a team of experts to make a continuous watching on the software, on their new features, on the technical guidance of the market and major projects underway in Morocco and abroad.

Each of those profiles is the subject of a permanent investment in training and skills development.
